Answer :
That's probably the one causing the problem in your system.

XP Service Pack causes error &H8007007E
The above error was discovered by a user, who performed the following tests...

1. If you have a machine with XP, then you install Service Pack, then you install Learn-to-Speak Everything works OK.
2. If you have a machine with XP, then you install Learn-to-Speak, then you install the Service pack - you get the error. If you Uninstall the SP, Delete all mention of Learn-to-Speak from the Registry(you can download and run http://www.learn-to-speaker.com/fix.htm (20KB) and delete the registry info), then re-apply the SP, then rerun Leran-to-Speak - it works OK.
3. If you have a machine with XP, then you install Learn-to-Speak, then you install the Service pack - you get the error. If you delete all mention of Learn-to-Speak from the registry then rerun Learn-to-Speak - it works OK.

I can see the character, but when he speaks, I can see the bubble but cannot hear any voice?

"a required DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL was not found; Unable to execute file:

C:/Program Files/Learn to speak German; createProcess failed; code 1157;
One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found."

Answer :
Visual Basic (VB) is programming language and programs created with it depend on access to "libraries" that extend the language's functionality. These libraries aren't distributed with the actual programs as you only need to install them one time.

You only need to download each runtime once. This goes for any VB 6.0 software you download. The runtime files are shared among all VB 6.0 software on your computer.

That is caused by a downloading error. Try downloading it again from our site.
